Spinach, mushroom and caramelized onion calzones were perfect for the Pens/Isles prison riot. Easy to eat, not messy when you dropped your food back down on your plate while screaming at the completely inept refs who let the game get completely out of control, and delicious. Lots and lots of ricotta cheese in these; I meant to add parmesan but got caught up in the first period ridiculousness and forgot. They were still good.
No recipe, just a bunch of stuff thrown in. Publix pizza dough. Worth eating again, for sure.
